Shipping Policy

We are happy to offer free US shipping on orders over $100. For order under $100, shipping is calculated by weight. All packages are sent and tracked through USPS priority mail service.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns.

If you need to cancel an order, please email Poppyvintageinfo@gmail.com. We are not able to make changes to the order once payment has processed. All refunds are subject to a $4 fee.

In the event of a damaged or lost package, please email our customer service at Poppyvintageinfo@gmail. Use the subject line "return request" and include your name and order number in the email.
